Why hasn't anyone taken this case and swapped out stun gun for Pistol or Semi auto rifle ect. and filed ... It would appear it made it through on some merit.

And where can i buy a stun gun in NY? This was a First Circuit case.

Until a suit is filed and won against New Yorkistan, I would not risk it. WTF, - those assholes in NYC (DA Cyrus Vance & Co.) are still arresting people for carrying ordinary folding knives. Stun gun arrests would likely give them massive orgasms.

i agree from what i have read in the law books .. or is this stun gun / tazer thing a NYC thing and not for the rest of the state .. when a trooper says ok for upstate if you have a PP .. where is the facts law from the book ??

i still say is a no .. they are not allowed to have for us low life's ..

Here’s my problem with it their defense is they are not in common use right, well how could the be. They have been illegal for 25-40 years. Also if that’s their defense for keeping them illegal why did they do what they did with the safe act to AR-15’s. After all they are America’s favorite riffle right? Must be in common use.
