The warrant for raiding his house in Florida said there was Probable Cause that he had committed three federal crimes: violation of the Espionage Act, concealing/destroying/removing court documents and Obstruction of Justice.
He may also be charged with election fraud in Georgia.
Considering all this I say there is a 50/50 chance he will be indicted.

Democrats will at least keep the Senate, maybe even the House, especially if Trump is indicted and if inflation starts to go down and stock market recovers. And if crazy Red States keep banning abortion.
However if the GOP takes the House or Senate and decides to use their new power to investigate crazy conspiracy theories related to the 2020 election, they will certainly hand the White House to Biden or whomever else is the Democrat nominee.

Warrants are granted by probable cause...they don't issue warrants with NO reason given, so it had to say something BUT warrants do not equal guilt, nor does it mean that the probable cause listed is legit...in fact, if that person is exonerated it weakens any claim of probable cause...what do you think is one of the main things looked at during a wrongful arrest case? The DAMN search warrants and supporting affidavits!

Well, in DC and grand jury will recommend prosecution and a DC trial jury will convict. Seeing as the supposed crimes took place in DC, its unlikely the venue will be moved. He will be convicted and will be disqualified from running in 2024 on some minor BS charge and the machine can focus on DeSantis. That's the goal. With Trump removed, Trump folks will run to DeSantis and rally behind him. But here is the big surprise, DeSantis is likely a Swamp creature. No middle class person rises to that level without owing someone. He is bought and paid for. The warrant was basically issued for "any documents that might be evidence of a crime".
That's pretty close to the textbook definition of a writ of assistance which is expressly forbidden by the 4th ammendment (and in fact is the reason it was made).
