Looking for an alternative to the Alabama Swamps shooting ranges, I started looking around and the DEC lists the Hampton Brook Woods wildlife management area in Hamburg as being ok to hunt at. Would that also mean it is ok to target practice? I will include a link to the page where it lists activities that are not permitted, and target shooting is not listed. Is anyone familiar with it or the area? Thanks.

Hampton Brook Woods Wildlife Management Area
The primary purposes of Hampton Brook Woods Wildlife Management Area (WMA) are for wildlife management, wildlife habitat management, and wildlife-dependent recreation. The land was acquired in 2001 by DEC with funding provided by the Environmental Quality Bond Act of 1996.
