My wife sewed something like that on the right sleeve of my hunting coat 20 years ago so I always had quick access to a 2nd and 3rd round for my Contender.
So he took his eyes off the target while reloading anyway.
I have a uncle mikes stock sleeve that I use on my forearm for shotgun shells.

When I first saw it I thought how stupid. I like the position of it and the potential speed of reloading, but the extra mags would have to be exposed. In nys I wouldn’t even want to show my mags.

He took his “eyes” off the target to reload. He looked down, at his gun and then his wrist to remove a mag for reload. I realize that his video was for demonstration, but the context was home protection.
Therefore removing your eyes off the intended target during a home protection scenario is a critical mistake.

I think this more for a bump in the night at home rather than concealed carry. It's laying there on the nightstand next to your pistol.
