Reading this account of the ATF raid in little Rock has me convinced this was murder. There were many different ways to either interview or arrest this average middle class guy. The ATF chose an early morning no knock raid knowing full well the guy would interpret it as a break in and act accordingly. Reprehensible behavior.

In so many ways the USA has become not much different than existing 3rd world countries, dictatorships, or communist countries. USA no longer seems to be a country, as Honest Abe put it... government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

The USA needs a new ABC agency to protect US citizens against the existing ABC agency's when they abuse their power.
Or, an organization to protect US citizens against our own government. We The People are loosing, or have already lost control of our own government. How fucking sad and bad is that?!? I have respect for my local LEOs. They have a tough job. But my respect for local elected officials is waning. And my respect for NYS and our federal government, with few exceptions, is all but nonexistent.

This we already have. Local militias. We also have the Sherriff of every given county that can deputize whole counties. If the Sherriff is not obeying the oath they took, they need to be fired by the people and replaced.

Back in the early 90 s in Waco Texas, David Koresh could easily have been picked up at a 7 11 or a hardware store as he was often seen out in public.
