1- I'm stunned that everyone is elated with the majority #'s. With Bitch McConnell, John Thune, John Cornyn, Spit Romney, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and Todd Young counted in the majority #'s how does this equate to having the majority in Trump's favor?
Not a rhetorical question. Please, somebody elucidate this for me.
2 - Losing Stefanic and Zeldin are hopefully sacrificial pawns for the greater good. NYS is a lost cause. Those two seats will be temporarily filled through assignment. The constituents will hopefully coalesce and re-elect another R when the term expires.
3 - Could it be possible that Stefanic is being given a more high profile position with both national and international exposure, gaining more name recognition, only to have her come back to run against the hoe? Just an optimistic thought.

I post this list yesterday, not sure the accuracy of it though. Bunch of Senators have come and said it is not even close to being real...Is this real? Sen. Kennedy said it is fake.
Losing them is not a huge loss in the House, sure, we never want to give up seats. Stefanic is a no-name brand, both in NY as well as on the National stage. Sure, some know her, not many. You could be correct that this is a way to gain name recognition to run for a higher spot.
I will say one other thing, I was talking with Dov Evil tonight, (again), and I had mentioned some of her voting record in the House, it is not as good some people think.
Zeldin, now I supported him for the top spot in NY, I even donated to him. He is another one not at the upmost top of my list. Maybe put him in a spot to gain some name recognition as well.
Some of his picks thus far, I am happy with, others not so much. I do have trust in him to put together a good team, not my position to really question his picks; I sure hope he knows exactly what he is doing....

Let's add a crack down on H1-B abuse in the tech sector, which is being used to force wages down by bringing in foreign laborers tied to a company so they can get their green card. I worked with several H1-B guys who said they were working such low wages so they could get the green card. Abuse.

Not going to happen. Big business loves suppressing wages and h1b tech workers aren't really a high visibility group. You think elon Musk who relies on a huge amount of tech workers (tesla, x, spacex) is going to want that? No. Musk gave Trump about 130 million dollars, he's going to get what he wants.
That's why Trump is just another politician in my eyes. The names of who benefit might be different, but he does the exact same thing as the other politicians.
