The vaccine gives you better immunity than getting the virus itself. It broader immunity because it targets the spike proteins that all corona virus have so it should be effective against mutations this comes from a viroligist not me. Having someone "cough in your face" with covid may also give you immunity.
I don't think any vaccines are the boogeyman. And I've been vocal about my disdain for "anti-vaxxers" on here. Replacing an unknown with an unknown, especially with this small of a mortality rate is just something I don't understand. Like wearing water wings in the desert in case you get a flash flood.
Funny there’s much about the body we don’t understand yet we pretend to. What have they said about the vaccine that has come true. They said you’d only need one ever now it looks like it will be yearly. The issue is from a few articles I’ve read is it is impossible to vaccinate us all every year. What will happen then? The variants are already proving too much for the vaccine and has the so-called experts shitting their paints. So much we don’t know. Your doctor only knows what he was told?

The difference is traditional vaccines put a foreign substance that is part of the target virus in your body ,mRNA gives your body the blueprint to make the foreign substance itself. in this case its the spike protein the virus uses to attach itself to a cell. Without it the virus can't infect you.
We don’t know any of what you said in the first paragraph. People who have had Covid can and are getting it again. People who have had the vaccine are getting Covid. The spike protein thing doesn’t seem to be holding up nearly as well as they thought. The experts are now shutting their pants over these variants especially the Brazilian one. Seems to be they think it will not work as well with the Brazilian variant. Also Pfizer and moderna have already tweaked the vaccine because of the variants.

It's nothing new. I just went through that not to long ago.
But yet a lot of people are freaking out about something that will kill

I don't have a problem with people who choose to get the vaccine.
I do have a problem with the way the people that do not get the vaccine.
Will be inconvenienced in an attempt to change their minds and go along with it.
Get the under tested vaccine. Under dubious circumstances.

Can still spread COVID-19

1940 Germany ? Making it easier to navigate is a lot better than a concentration camp..being gassed or shot. When was the last time over 500,000 died from the flu in one year? 100 years ago and they didn't have the technology of today. I don't want ANYONE coughing in MY face EVER but this covd is more readily caught and more deadly than the flu. I've had the flu...knocked Me on my butt for 5 days but I was never concerned about death at that time.
My problem is they can refuse you entry though if you say no, or in theory they can.
unproven speculation, it’s been a year since I have had covid. I still carry antibodies I’m constantly exposed at work, recently cared for a 5 month old grandchild with it, no mask crying and spitting all over me. I’m pretty sure those antibodies are doing their thing quite well. Now I could get tested again in a few months and find my antibodies are gone but their effectiveness I don’t question.
Tell them you just snuck across the border in Texas instead of coming from Florida..
Ok. I want to go to my local YMCA and put some laps in as I was in March 2020 so I become less of a real health risk to myself for being a big fat fuck.
