Nah, we never inquired, just talked to several veteran friends compared to civilian friends and it seemed to take veterans, on average, 60 days longer. :)

Couldn't possibly agree more. Most people deal with anxiety, some get treated, some do not. It definitely should be a non-issue!

Thanks everyone :) Took a friend of mine about 8 months for his permit to come through. I'm sure mine will be approved sooner than the husband's considering he's a veteran....from what I hear, vets take longer to process. Really REALLY looking fwd to learning as much as I can along the way...
