    and what about a CO2 or spring powered BB gun ? they look real and the same size and color as a "real" pistol and are they also illegal under this law ?

    Do guns from the 16th and 17th century ,like blunderbuss or even flint lock muskets still need the to be sold through a FFL ?, these are not realistically fire-able , too old and use flint and back powder ? Just really display pieces
