UPCOMING FOR 2022 (CT, VT, MA, NY, PA, FL, SC, NH, NJ, OH Classes)

Good to see a class coming here to SC! About the only good memory I have from living in NY is attending the On Sight events.

    What's your EDC handgun?

I prefer a SIG 365XL. I always carry a single action pistol with the safety always working in the same direction. This way if I am carrying my MIcro 9, (for states behind the iron curtain), it operates the same. the SIG gives me a twelve round mag and with one in the pipe I have thirteen rounds.

SPRING / SUMMER DISCOUNT ON CLASSES!

Bens classes are always informative and well played. Since leaving NY it has been difficult to find training at his level.

    What's your EDC handgun?

I prefer my Kimber Micro 9 or when my attire allows it, my Para Ordnance 1911. Both guns are single action and the safetys operate in the same direction so I have consistent trigger pulls and safety release, If my wife has her Glock 43 I may carry one also.

    Ammo supply is spotty

I am about two hours from the Charleston area so not familiar with many shops there. Palmetto Armory has a retail store in North Charleston and one in Summerville, they are always worth a visit.

    Ammo supply is spotty

AS a former NY resident, (now in SC), I follow the firearms community there. Several of my friends that still live in Cuomo land expressed their frustration with the ammo situation and the very limited number of suppliers willing to ship. At times the situation here is difficult also but seems...

VIDEO! Dos and Don't For Your First Training Class/Event.

An award winning video! Ben and Rachel give excellent advice on what to expect. And be prepared to train in all weather. I've trained with them in snow, rain, hot, and cold. And it has all been well worth it.

VIDEO! Dos and Don't For Your First Training Class/Event.

A good video whether you are about to participate in your first exercise or your tenth. There is an added benefit to repetitive training. I've attended many of their classes and although many of the exercises and basic requirements were the same, I always left feeling I learned something.

    Hello from SC

Enjoy reading the posts on these forums showing that NY gun owners are alive and well. Got fed up with Cuomo and his tricks and was able to leave NY last year. I do miss the many sportsman's clubs and ranges I shot at. Also there are some excellent raining venues in and around the Hudson Valley...

SUNDAY MAY 3rd - PISTOL SHOOTING SKILL DEVELOPMENT - Cortlandt Manor NY

I've taken this class in the past, no matter what your level of training is you will walk away having increased your confidence. I wish I had lived closer to have taken it. Good job Ben and Rachel!
