Appointment made in July.. paperwork handed in 9/10 approval letter received 12/4 appointment to pickup license 12/11(my next day off.. they had sooner appointments) They didn’t call my references

I used 2 references that live in NYC.. I would call the office and ask.. worst they say is no you can’t use out of state persons.. I’ve heard of people mailing all the paperwork to their friend out of state UPS and get them to sign/notarize then mail it back

The 2x2 passport sized photos of yourself.. that’s the only one that says it needs to be within 30 days

My only saving grace is that everything got shut down in March.. but that was after a year was up... but there isn’t anything in paperwork that says it needs to be within a certain amount of time... only the photos

Does anyone know if the safety course has to be within a year of when you are applying? It doesn’t say anywhere but someone told me it should be within the year
