    Depends on the bullshit charges RPD hits them with. Insubordination is a termination level offense. And then they'll be de-certified. CUBO - Likely lose 5-15 days. Or suspended. Either way other agencies arent going to look favorably on them if they try to transfer out. Doesn't work that way.
