Changed my routine to 1 day upper, 1 day lower with higher volume on these days. And 1 day whole body with some isolation work. Doing back to back days on the upper/lower splits. Going to do a 3/8 - 1/2 pound weight gain for 12 weeks then do 5-6 weeks of cut off of 1 lb a week.
