Even at the time you posted this, he has been positively identified as an American VA ICU nurse, 37 year old Alex Pretti. He had a valid permit to carry a gun, as confirmed by law enforcement in MN. He also had no criminal record.

And even so, especially since he seemed to already be disarmed, there was no reason to use lethal force.

At this moment in the video, it seems like one of the agents disarms the guy and sets the gun down by his knee. It slid away a little but still not in the suspects hand, then is when another agent stepped back and opened fire. I could be wrong of course. Also, the feds are the ones who pushed...
