If she's found guilty, he doesn't stand a chance of getting off because he's the one who actually pulled the trigger!
Bet he's in spin mode right now...
And he's responsible because he pulled the fuckin trigger when it wasnt even being filmed, there was no reason to do it.Baldwin as director is responsible as is the armorer.
Nobody should handle a gun without understanding basic firearm safety, not even on a movie set.If you die in the hospital because you were given the wrong meds. but the doctor ordered the correct meds., is the doctor responsible?
Should he have stopped, gone to the lab and tested the drug first?
It is the fault of the armorer AND the fault of the person in charge; Baldwin.
Baldwin is in charge and knew live fire was happening with his gun.
Baldwin as an actor is just that an actor, dumb as a box of rocks, a fool.
Baldwin as director is responsible as is the armorer.
I got a dollar says Baldwin walks free, Now that "someone has been convicted of the crime" baldwin will argue its not his fault, and he will walk away without a care in the worldSo the Armourer has just been jailed for 18 months
Alec Baldwin's 'Rust' armorer sentenced to maximum time in fatal on-set shooting
A judge handed down Hannah Gutierrez Reed's sentence Monday after a jury convicted the "Rust" armorer of involuntary manslaughter March 6.www.foxnews.com
I wonder if Baldwin is shitting his pants or if the “establishment” will protect him with a slap on the wrist?
"Hutchins had been preparing a close-up shot when a gun Alec Baldwin was holding discharged."So the Armourer has just been jailed for 18 months

I believe that was his claim before the FBI checked the gun and said the trigger had to be pullled, it didnt go off by itself. I guess the media is still unwilling to say he pulled the trigger."Hutchins had been preparing a close-up shot when a gun Alec Baldwin was holding discharged."
You mean he was just holding it and it discharged on its own? That's weird. Usually one has to pull the trigger for that to happen.
Neither did the poor armorer. He did not pull the trigger
While that is true, it doesnt clear him of pointing the gun at people not even in a scene and pulling the trigger. They just proved in a court of law that the armour was responsible, probably a real good thing for Baldwin.
I have many friends that hunt and others that just own guns and are even more clueless about gun safety. How many of you have seen the reckless handling of firearms? It's always the same old " oh it's not loaded, relax"..
If I recall correctly, they were previously using the "prop gun" for recreational shooting activities. No one is asking how live rounds made it into the set? There's at least a third person responsible.
