Where does it say in the Constitution that because you have a felony you can't own arms?

If people can't be trusted to be armed in society, maybe they shouldn't be in the society.

This video is from 2018 right after Parkland when she was AG of Florida. A lot can change over that time period. Go back years ago and find the videos of what Vance had to say a out Trump once upon a time.

One of the cool things about Trump serving non-consecutive terms... I think he learned a lot in the first, got to sit back and watch for 4 years and learn even more, and now we are gonna see the fire and brimstone we all voted for.

I have read and watched what Vance said in the past and people can change their opinion but the key is to always be leery. A leopard can't change his spots.

This is a big difference between you and I. I do not believe or support background checks at all. Not a single bit of me support them.

As for the felons, nowhere in the 2A does it mention prohibited people. If they are too dangerous to own a firearm for self-protection, protection of family, etc., they should remain locked up for ever.

There's a game to it: By making so many crimes "Felony" the window opens to plea bargain the charges down to misdemeanor in exchange for a guilty plea, then they can be fined and or punished, and the DA's get a "win" without having to go to Court...This is exactly what the Feds/DC did to the folks there January 6th. "We're going to charge you with multiple felonies that you simply won;t be able to defend against, and you'll go to prison for years,....OR, you can plead guilty to these fictitious charges, do a little time and we'll let you out."

Florida enacted a lot of heavy handed anti-gun/Gun Control Legislation following the Parkland murders...on a tangent; did you see where Kennedy is going after the SSRI's that ostensibly ALL of these School Shooters were taking?

Don't disagree. Just that it seems like this video was posted on X making it seem like this was said very recently. One aspect of social media I hate. The very intentional vaguness or misleading content from a lot of users.
