One would think SCOTUS would HAVE to take up a "vampire rule" case, or an AW-ban case, or a mag-ban case. These things are affecting millions of American citizens, with the potential of affecting ALL Americans should Democrats regain power.
Yet what is SCOTUS focusing on?
18-20 year olds. A small subset of the people being infringed.
Non-violent ex-felons. A VERY small subset of the people being infringed.

I no longer harbor any illusion that SCOTUS intends on finally ending these oppressive and tyrannical laws. The constant delays, denials, and prevarications have reached the point where there is only one logical conclusion left.

One would think but history doesn’t really show us this. One would think these things would have already have been settled but nope.
SAF is an interesting one for me because I think they are the ones that only include their members in the lawsuit to try to increase membership. I get it but I’m not a fan of this. So something and then I’ll be a member. GOA seems to be the best right now.

Concealed Carry, is supposed to be concealed, not displayed on your hip to intimidate the meek. Take a lesson from the ghetto thugs...........all carry concealed.

I'm all for States Rights, so long as they do not usurp the Supremacy Clause.

ANTIFA, and HAMAS do not file 4473's that's the CIA's job to supply Guns..."greenies" aren't prohibited by association or preferences.

You seem to believe the NICS check is the best thing to ever happen to (potential) Gun Owners?

There were 1.4 million checks conducted in November of 2025 (15.2 million in 2024) which seems to be a typical month: I'll just bet you that if someone wants a gun without their name being run through the system, they'll find plenty so long as they can pay.

And they "flash" to let other know they're strapped and not to fuck around.
I have been told that many Jews in the Diamond District of NYC carry guns irrespective of the City's demand for an unobtanium Licenses, and should they have to use it, nobody saw anything and the shooter is immediately sequestered away...nothing really new, I expect it's been that way down there since the first immigrants arrived.

Do you suppose any of those "Ghetto Thugs" submitted to, let alone passed a NICS Check?

Biden and the Democraps fucked that subset with "enhanced" Background Checks where their check is delayed two weeks for additional investigation before being allowed to proceed (what was that about a Right delayed is a Right denied?) this is also prior restraint and prejudice on arguably the weakest of Adults.
Additionally, and I swear I thought this was resolved in Court that it was unconstitutional to deny Handgun or "Other" (Frame/Receiver) purchases by persons under 21, yet it still appears to stand.
This is the maddening thing: California's Ban on Magazines over ten rounds is found unconstitutional, while every other State in the Union that has a similar Ban say's "So what, that's California, not here".
