Is it bad if I don't care?

I can't keep track of other countries problems anymore when we have so many here for ourselves to deal with.

I say good. Let their guns be taken away because they didn't fight hard enough to keep their rights. Let Australia be a warning for us here in the US to never let that repeat itself here.

Maybe a few true conservatives from Australia will get sick of their BS and will try to immigrate here and be new conservative voices in the US. That's fine, no problem with that.

The next time there's some catastrophic situation in Australia, I'll feel just a little less bad for them and a little more pity. They apparently do not want the ability to defend themselves, that's their decision, let them live(or not) with it.
