I really want a Blaser R8.

how much does one of those run? I'm seeing some with some seriously intricate carving jobs.

Just under 4k for the bare bones R8 Professional in a synthetic stock.

There also the Merkel Helix for about 1k less and the Browning Maral even less but I dont like the spring loaded action. As dumb as it sounds I'd rather pull and push than pull and release.

There are a few other companies but from what I can tell those are the only three that import centerfire rifles into the states in any significant numbers.
