Hmmm, no one seemed to mention Mossberg?
Levers are new to me, so after researching around..... I settled upon the Mossberg 464. So far so good, now I have to scope it. Seems like a decent rifle, light, well balanced, Williams fiber optic sights, Mossberg's marinekote finish. Time will tell...

First of all, congrats on taking the MSF class. Excellent beginning, don't stop learning....don't stop training. Riding skills can and DO degrade without practice. Take the experienced rider class...
Mo,
Thank you for checking. I completely forgot you were in Kentucky....I haven't been around the boards much lately. I was hoping that it would be driving distance away. I'm trying to find one on that 3ish+ range like you did. At 400 plus shipping and then LGS fee at my end, I guess it would...

Now that all said, I like both. Often...
I stopped into Ulster Firearms yesterday, nice shop. Ryan seems like a cool guy. Very accommodating business and gun atmosphere. I've been in other shops when you walk in the first few times the attitude is stand offish. Here not the case! Bought a bit of 9mm to visit the range on the days off...
Not hardly ANY national race signs around me (usual public places), I've proudly got 2 Hillary signs in my yard!
One's a "Hillary for Prison 2016" and the other's a "Follow the Money". :p:p:p:p
Then ofcourse a Trump/Pence is there too!!!!!!!!!!:flag:
I haven't been too active, busy as all get out with work and the kids. I drifted into........ over there....... a couple times and wondered why it seemed so quiet. Then, like I said, I saw the link someone posted. Someone's gonna have to fill me in at some point as to what happened.
