Just wondering if Dark Storm Industries were to produce an AR with a permanently attached 5 round magazine.
Would it be legal to possess in the 5 boroughs of Nee York City.
Unles I read it wrong, DEC only allows semi auto’s with 5 rounds or less to be used for hunting
