Yeah from what I understand more people are just getting non restricted right off the bat when they apply. Took me 5 years but was worth the wait now that I have it. It was my first go at getting it upgraded as well.

I was fortunate enough to get the new pro 2A judge when I changed my address. I sent him my letter the end of November and got the approval today. Very quick and easy.
