Good old jb weld. Dab on the back of the mag catch been keeping the uzi safe from communist NY since the good old Cuomo days. No need to weld in mag with it, these are harder to come by than a stripped lower.

Went outside quick to show daughters boyfriend not expecting to see anything. He was just scanning around quick and found three deer completely invisible to us. This was at around 4x mag and somewhere between 100-125 yards. Incredible how quick and easy it is to spot something.

Also can do pip with the phones cam. Too bad it won't let me zoom the camera to match the thermal though.

I like white hot myself, followed by black. I can enable Hotspot tracking too. Makes it so you can't miss anything really. The reticle auto tracks to the hottest part of the screen. Works really well for black or white hot to make sure you're not going to miss any critters.

At under $400, I like it. I've seen that it holds zero fine on 5.56, but if I was going that route I'd buy a dedicated nv/thermal scope. I'll use this as a scanner, and I believe I'm going to buy a silenced .25 pcp that I'll throw this on for pest control.

This guy put it up against his $2000 higher resolution atn thor 4 for comparison. People at 40 yards People at 100 yds, with the road in back at 600 yds. He does go on to say the atn does better in the dark than these photos look. This is daytime.

Good to know. For anyone looking into this camera, it is 256 at 12um with a base mag of 2x zoom able to 15x. Im assuming digital zoom would turn to a complete mess past 4 or 5x. Possibly why this was looking better than other 256, and even 384 products I was looking at.

Look at some YouTube reviews for infiray t2 pro. From what I've seen, it out performs the cheaper atn, agm, products that cost way more. Theres not alot of reviews of it mounted and shooting though, but i have seen a few.

The flir, and agm products in the 256 res range certainly did not impress me at all. Video linked above clearly shows them being easily out classed by the iray camera. I'd love a 640 unit, just don't have a need for that at this time. I'm only playing around, and this one seems to perform...
