They messed up an order on me a while back, I contacted them via email, and after providing some pictures for evidence, they made it right.

Every time I think it’s gonna be ok to buy a 365 of any variety and trust it, something else goes wrong. There’s no way this could be bad luck. It’s a damn shame because I’ve wanted one since they came out. At this point I feel it could be nothing more than a range toy if I picked one up.
