That is troubling about Centre county. I originally got my permit from them in 2014, so I am due for a renewal next month. They sent me a reminder a couple months ago reminding me to renewal in person.

From what I heard from a buddy who got his PP in Genesee county they don't come with restrictions like they used to under Judge Noonan (or however you spell his name)
