Update - I called the county pistol clerks office twice spoke to 2 different clerks asking if I can just transfer my Nassau up to Sullivan and I was told no. I was told that since Nassau is a 5 year re-certification County they will not accept the transfer. So back in August I finally got my...
Updating this thread. Finally dropped off my application today for Sullivan. There is no transfer from Nassau, I had to start from scratch.
However, they will automatically list the pistols on my Nassau license on the Sullivan License. Estimated time from submission to completion is 4-6...

Thanks, we are in the process of setting up the house so I'll probably be up there about once every other week for the next few weeks, but I'll try to stop in there on Monday. Of course the website says "By Appointment only" even to just pick up an application.
