    ATF now says folding or telescoping pistol braces do not count in total length of firearm. Measurements need to be from end of the receiver extension tube. CT4-2A is 28 inches (over 26 inches) per Delta Level Defense, so it is still okay.

    My post is not about making up my mind. Just sharing my direct experience with DLD. If ATF documentation was included, I would have purchased already. I actually was at the credit card phase of purchasing two of them and canceled it when he declined sharing his documentation.

    Firearm with a 12.5" barrel, SBR/AR pistol hybrid, and SAFE ACT "evil features". You really think wanting additional documentation in NYS is unreasonable?
