Funny how open carrying a sidearm with no permit in downtown philly is perfectly legal, while doing the same an hour north walking down fifth avenue (in a comparably sized city) would result in a SWAT team being scrambled and the person bring sent to jail for a minimum of 3.5 years.

I know the restrictions are meaningless and don’t hold any legal weight. it just makes it easier to get out of state carry permits and makes it less likely that your permit gets revoked if you are “caught” carrying outside of them
