I had better luck taking down a three legged male dog. Saw this one going down a fence line in an adjoining field as we were getting to our first stand location. When the wind started to shift, he took his last breath.

Dog 3 was from a pair that came to a spot 170 yards away before the wind shifted. My buddy nailed it with the 22-250 Impulse. He didn't see the second dog run up the hill, so I took a half assed shot before it disappeared into the woods.
