It's the most common and probably most practical compliant stock/grip option out there right now. We know it's ugly and not ideal, but that's been the case for years now, surely you've seen many like this before right?
The consensus I've always seen is that if you permanently fix the (<=10rd) mag you can have an adjustable stock and pistol grip.
