civilian unrest

So, apparently we have our own civilian/military drill taking place from 10/30 to 30 days past the election. Wonder why NY would be the target of a unannounced military civilian unrest drill? This is of course unconfirmed at this point, so just a heads up.. Unrest and Martial Law? Leaked...
