Lets see the breakdown by race of who they seized them from.

If it's 90% black, than it must be a systemically racist law they're using to do it, and they're going to have to eliminate it.

Just because a maid went in and nosed around and then reported and let the police in doesn't mean it was a legal search. Fruit of the poison tree and all that shit. I can see this ending up like many NYC gun cases, plea it down and pay a fine and they keep the guns.

I have had the pleasure of being in a few different places, oversees at different times. I carried and used all sorts of different tools of my trade.

I have gone on some oversees adventures with a Beretta M9, chambered in 9mm. Is this a weapon of war? I think not, but these terms are being put out there to convince the sheep of America that all weapons are "Weapons of War".


As for the story, the wording of it makes it seem that it was written by a six year old child.

Whenever I hear that phrase I hear "the exact sort of weapons protected by the 2A".

A better argument could be made that weapons not useful to a military aren't covered.

You could convince me it doesn't apply to pepper spray or Tasers faster than you could that Artillery and machineguns aren't protected.


It was written by people who just fought a war over the governments attempt to confiscate some cannons.
