Every AR needs an ambi safety, IMO. .
Ha! The old booger hooks!Every AR needs an ambi safety, IMO. I'm righty and of course I use my thumb to take the safety off. That's easy. But setting the safety to on isn't, and even less so with the Thordsen. I use my trigger finger to reset the ambi safety. Once I'm done shooting, I don't need my trigger finger for anything else.
Unless I have a booger.
Have you tried the Daniel Defense ambi with the short/shallow lever?Totally disagree.
Ambi safeties dig into my index finger and forces me to break my grip.
IMO the only time you need an ambi safety on an ar is with the gay stock.
