This right here is a perfect example of why I can't stand all those people that tell others in places like California or us here in NY "oh just move to a free state if you want more gun rights"

This is why there are areas popping up in states where the citizens say "NO" to gun laws and other government overreach.

What I said was simple and succinct! That although those 17 States are supporting the ban, that leaves (almost) a 2 to 1 margin when you look at the remaining (number if States). No assumption! If they don't profess support or otherwise, it's doesn't mean a thing, other than they "DON'T" support it by the very fact that they have not said they DO!

As for me? I don't assume either, because I really don't give a shit what California is doing, have said it plenty enough times here and that still holds true! Fuck the commie State of Progressive Liberalism and mental misfits... Let them enjoy their shithole state, we have enough shit to deal with here in our own!

Anyways, if the Federal Judiciary is going to make rulings based upon States supporting particular positions, I believe this would ultimately smack the face of the Legislative Branch of Gov't that does exactly that... It's not the Judicial prerogative to legislate from the bench!!! The judiciary is to rule on the "legality" of an issue before it. It's not done by committee of respondent states or by a majority proclamation of States, etc. Again, that job rests elsewhere...
