Good to hear a partial win. The attorneys fees are a partial loss. The monies going to pay the legal costs are taxpayer dollars, OUR MONEY, so we really paid out of our own pockets to enjoy constitutionally protected rights. The only taxpayer dollars I'm willing to "donate" would be to build and maintain prisons to house the traitorous politicians who trample and ignore our rights.

Me too. Mental illness with propensity towards violence and violent felons. Other than that nothing else should be done and we should be able to own/purchase whatever we want. I’m 50/50 on background checks but feel they are necessary to prevent those mentioned above from getting guns.

I am against any background checks. I do not like them, nor do I think they work all that well. Too many holes in this system, holes that would be impossible to fill.

I am okay with some No guns allowed areas. I am not okay with restrictions on what Americans can buy.

That's why cops should *have* to get the same permit everyone else does to carry.
