Maybe the Gov't should seize control over all things, and when you need toilet paper fill out the form, submit it with your reservation fee, wait for the coupon for purchase, then go get your ration... Same goes for all produce, gasoline, clothes, etc. Just submit to the Gov't, it is futile to resist!!! Lol
