sounds like a tribal thing, that's on the 'other side' (west, Im on the NE side) of Phoenix, most of the land Phoenix sit on is Indian land. So most things are done through the tribal courts.

I hope those officers recover fully.

I am curious as to why they're keeping a lid on who the shooter is???
