When I was 8, I was in Cub Scouts. We learned flag etiquette, to salute when in uniform with a cap, and patriotic songs celebrating America.
These children are the result of the teachings of their parents. The children are emulating their televised role models and doing as their parents have instructed. Obviously none of you above can sympathize with what is going on across this country regarding the KILLING OF BLACKS by cops. And none of them going to jail for murdering unarmed civilians. These are not rare and isolate events. The justice system toward LEOs killing blacks is totally unjust.

One that comes to mind is the cop in Charleston, SC who shot the black guy in the back as he was running away from him. Pretty sure he went to prison for the rest of his life.
I can assure you; cops do NOT wake up in the morning hoping that that day is the day they will be able to draw their guns and shoot another human being.
That is a promise, EVERY Police Officer that I know hopes that they NEVER have a need to pull their guns. They do nearly everything possible before that ever occurs!

Cops don't need to shoot a motorist after the motorist informs officer that they have a concealed firearm with a permit.
