This is a very arcane ruling, that has to do with Copyright infringement, for the most part.
Its only relation to guns, is that a mfg cannot be held liable for what the nut behind the guns does with the gun................expanding the Fed Statute on lawful commerce in firearms protections to gun mfg's.
Guns in cars? It better be on your CCP person, and not left in a parked car, unless in a locked secure box.....that is existing law.
People with pistols like BLM, still need to be scared.
