This crime trend is up in every single major city. Medium cities as well.

So what do you expect when the culpability for criminal activity is removed. When DA's send signaling to the masses that they will not be prosecuted for small crimes. That city councils are now effectuating and forcing police policy and even defunding their operations budgets.
