Since Heir Cuomo is so concerned about his serfs being a threat to all of the Criminals that can't afford bail and he let out of prison, are there any new SAFE act restrictions coming down the pike in 2021 ?
The safe act is done but as for gun control and what’s on the docket take a look at the nygun politics poster. He just posted a bunch of stuff that’s been relisted for this law making session.
mid day the untraceable firearms bill is the biggest one that will pass. Now you may not be an AR-15 guy and want to build one out of an 80% but that’s of course not all it’s about. You would not be able to make any modifications or repairs to any firearm. All that would need to be done at a gunsmith shop by a gun smith. By any part I mean any part. You want a scope mounted ops got to go to a gun smith. That 1911 you want dark wood grips ops go to a gun smith. Even better you won’t be able to purchase anything gun related off the internet. No parts no nothing will be shopped to NYS. All through a gunsmith.
I know this sounds unbelievable but it’s all in there. Only routine maintenance and cleaning would be allowed by you.
Is it wrong of me I want the FUDDs to suffer?
Without naming names there are plenty of posters here who have probably already made the mental decision to just ignore all this stuff and do as they see fit in their own homes. So I doubt this will really affect many of us. PA isn't a long car ride for most members to get anything they want. I really think most have reached their breaking points and no longer care. They are done complying. The only caveat is they won't do it openly it will just quietly be in their own homes not in front of everyone.
Wait until the first one is charged with a felony for taking the 28" vent rib barrel off his 870 and putting on the 20" rifled barrel for deer season.Sadly it will be some time before the fudds are suffering
I'm pretty sure if a gun store in PA sees you pull in with NY plates they will have you trespassed. They are just as scared of Cuomo as people in NY.Is it wrong of me I want the FUDDs to suffer?

I saw the ny state assembly prefiled the body armor and home gunsmith bills again.
NY State Assembly Bill 2021-A352
Prohibits the purchase or possession of a body vest; establishes that the purchase or possession of a body vest shall be a class A misdemeanor for a first offense and a class E felony for each subsequent offense.www.nysenate.gov
NY State Senate Bill 2021-S14A
Criminalizes the sale of ghost guns; requires gunsmiths to register and serialize firearms, rifles, shotguns, and unfinished frames or receivers they assemble.www.nysenate.gov
I feel so much safer already
He does but if GA holds republicans he won’t get it. There’s nothing stopping this from happening in NYS.I thought Biden wants the same policy for the country too?
Why they aren’t breaking any law and neither are you.I'm pretty sure if a gun store in PA sees you pull in with NY plates they will have you trespassed. They are just as scared of Cuomo as people in NY.

While I agree with you on the short drive to another state and this may change but how many parts and supplies are available at your local gun shop. Historically not many. With this law that may change but I’ll bet it will still all be special order and they will order from brownells and add 30%. Every part will cost you more and take a week or two to get to your house. Is it wrong of me I want the FUDDs to suffer?

Can't let us have passive protection to not die. It's weird, like they want us being easier to kill? Hmm....
I've said it before and I'll say it again, anyone who is considering body armor get some ASAP its on their list to get banned, sooner or later they will follow through on it.
Umm what nonsense am I reading here???
It's like saying, phantom fireworks in Erie Will throw their NY customers off their property lol
The shitty part about the bill is that even if you bought it yesterday and they pass the bill a month from now the stuff you own now isn't grandfathered in (unless I misses that in the text) so it would still be "illegal"
Just now joining the club? I've been a member since 2013.while 2020 sucked I’ve pretty much accepted that 2021 will make me a felon.
Ask me how I know. -.-Umm what nonsense am I reading here???

I don't get the cops called on me. When a business owner asks me to leave, I do it.
Private property and all...
I’m throwing the bullshit flag here.....I'm pretty sure if a gun store in PA sees you pull in with NY plates they will have you trespassed. They are just as scared of Cuomo as people in NY.

I disagree with the PA gun shops throwing people from NY out of their store. I have family in PA in the Poconos. Quite often I have visited a few gun shops in that area and not so much as a blink from the people in the store. The only time they will ask for some kind of ID is if you look very young and buy ammo or want to buy a firearm.
and the Poconos is a hot spot for "front platers" so if they aren't tossing NYers out
umm, ok I'll bite. How?Ask me how I know. -.-
