Just wondering. I know some states require some sort of permit or something? Anyone know anything about this?
So PA is the only state? How about Connecticut or Massachusetts?there is no ammo sent to NYS
your gunna have to drive to PA or another free state to buy it
without a backgound check
and paying a fee too
I'll look into that as an option.I believe Connecticut Requires a permit for in person sales . But it's not that hard to get a non resident permit.
I was thinking of doing that. Just want to see what my options are. Thanks for the info.Pack a lunch and take a nice drive into PA, pic a spot with a nice view, enjoy your lunch, fill your trunk and enjoy your day!
Thanks for the information.Excepting age limits, the following states have restrictions/rules on ammo purchase:
NY and CA: BG checks
CT, IL, MA, NJ: require some type of permission card (FOID, etc.)
The other 44 States of the Union don't give a fuck if you're a NY resident.

In Connecticut I'm pretty sure you need a pistol permit to buy any pistol caliber ammo. Although it's been a long time since I've purchased ammo in a store so I'm not 100% sure on that.So PA is the only state? How about Connecticut or Massachusetts?
