The Omni Hybrid 410 shoutgun only works with 2 1/2" shotgun shells. Some manufacturers 2 1/2" shells are actually longer than 2 1/2" and may not operate in this gun. Please check the length of your 2 1/2" shells prior to attempting to fire them.

My Saiga-12 was a piece of shit that couldn't make it through a 13 round magazine without at least 3 full jams that required ejection of a live round. This just seems like a solid solution to replace the Saiga-12; except of course 410 being way less beefy than 12 gauge.

There is the rub...
In NY long guns classified as shotguns have additional restrictions when using detachable magazines.
If you cannot use more than 2"1/2 shells then you are going to have a lot of problems and the easiest way out is to reload 410 shorter.
If you are going to reload .410 anyway then why not get an upper that can shoot both bullets and lead shot out of the same barrel?
For example one could use the 450 bushmaster with 410 wads and make some wicked loads for bird hunting and also buckshot.
These are also going to be more powerful than the .410 itself and you have the option to run regular bullets.
The bird shot will not have the same uniform patterns as a smooth bore but it will do the job. The benefits are
that this will not be classified "by caliber" as a shotgun, and will work also as a nice big bore caliber.
This can be done with other calibers without much effort like 357 maximum cat using 223 bolt and other variants given they are rimless
so they can use standard bolts and magazines.
for the bushmaster one could use 284 parent to from some longer cases and pretty powerful loads.
Example of a 45/70 formed to load bird-shot. The old school catters say aluminum foil makes a great seal for the shot.
I have not tried this but I have used bird-shot in my 35G and 44 magnum with success.
Anyway, even if this doesn't apply to you according to you wishes and desires at least will give you some ideas in specific situations including
SHTF should one ever come to that. There are many ways to skin a cat and workarounds the BS SAFE .

Also the custom "regulators" are a joke. They do not work.

I originally thought maybe something was just wrong with mine; then I talked to an FFL shop owner that I know and he said it was an inherent issue and that there are people that work on those weapons to get them running right. I said screw it and sold it for a small profit.

I highly recommend a UTV. Honestly, it gets way more attention than my ATV's do. We did the tilting bed, the winch, and I think that was it for the options we picked. I would say I wish it went a little faster when I am on the road driving to neighbor farms. But out in the fields it goes plenty fast enough for me. We cut our ATV trails wide enough to fit the Gator, so it's just as much fun in the woods as the Polaris 570's are. I think Gators now even have 2 rows of seats; which would be epic. Ours is I think a 2012. We have the gas (600 cc twin); though they make a diesel version too. I'm sure these things will work forever; but I do sometimes wish I got the diesel just so it uses the same fuel as the turbo diesel tractor.
Drag your wife over to Cazenovia Equipment or something. Honestly I wasn't the one that even bought the Gator - my wife loved it and had to have one. She fell in love with that and the Zero Turn Z235. She zips around on that thing like Mario Andretti. And you know the saying "Nothing Runs Like A Deere"? It's true - Deere's are amazing. I have a neighbor that has had his tractor for 40 something years and it runs perfect.

$17K????? I think my wife paid $12K including the 2 ton winch and the tilting bed, and JD had like 3 years 0% financing. That Kawasaki is sticker shock to me! LOL My wife just suggested we get a trike last week and we went to check out the 2017 Tri Glide. I almost had a fucking stroke. $35K for a motorcycle? What the fucking fuck?
I be interested in that AR if it fire 45-70s that be somthing, but I'll just have to live with my 45 Raptor.

Most places will throw in free delivery. Deere and Polaris both did that for me. And yeah - you get the farm exemption. I use it on my SUV's, UTV's, ATV's, and snowmobiles. How did you get out of that freight charge? Polaris lowered the price to offset the charge - they told me it was mandatory.

I forget how I worked it but I think I found someplace doing them for invoice using Google and my wife had Cazenovia match it. Then JD gave me some sort of small rebate for Veterans. Things you want: 12 volt sockets (dash for sure, but one in the back bed might be nice too), a long wired remote for the winch so you don't have to be sitting in the vehicle as you do winch stuff, the ability to have the bed lift up and dump (you can't imagine how handy that is), a ball hitch for the back, as much brush guard capability as humanly possible (for being in the woods, cutting tree limbs, etc). Tunes might be nice too, and perhaps one of those bikini tops. This is a JD household for sure (we have 4 of their products) but that Kawasaki does look nice.

Yes, that's my understanding also....I have to ask NYCM about insurance also....
technically, they are over 25 mph so they aren't SMV but it seems to work.
So
1) unregistered...can you insure?
2) not a SMV so....?

Nah. I liked the Tri Glide; but honestly there are reputable companies what will trike one of my Gold Wings for a fraction of the cost. I'm not into those new Can Am Spyder type bikes.

My UTV, ATV's and snowmobiles are insured with USAA. They don't care if you register it or not. They wouldn't do the motorcycles though - for that they refer you to Progressive through a link on their website.
The Gator feels like it's doing about 35 mph at full blast. Honestly that vehicle should probably never go that speed. Just the 20 psi tires should be a clue. LOL

These are the mags to get or at least stay away from the surefire mags at all cost.
pro-mag are not great but after some conditioning become pretty decent mags.
saiga will ship with a softer spring for club loads but this is not what this shotgun
is designed for anyway.
