Fits my 6-1, 235 lb frame perfectly with a little more room for expansion and a lot of room for constriction. Although these plates are heavy and I wouldn't expect a kid or anyone under 150# to enjoy wearing it for very long.
The Condor Molle pouches will hold a lot and are better than expected quality... universal pistol holster, two each pistol and AR mag (will hold 2 AR mags each =4).
Very impressed at the overall quality for this price point. Clean stitching, good materials, no weak points. Making China proud!
