Kari Lake is calling for accountability for her 2024 Senate opponent, Ruben Gallego, over a $940,000 VA-guaranteed loan for a DC home that he fraudulently secured in 2022 by listing the address as his primary residence.

Kari Lake faced Gallego in the 2024 general election for Arizona’s US Senate seat but lost under mysterious circumstances. Lake also said in a recent interview with The Gateway Pundit, “When we start to dig further into the election fraud that’s been happening for a long time in Arizona, I think there’s gonna be some hell to pay.”

Now, as Letitia James, Adam Schiff, and other corrupt Democrats face investigations and charges for mortgage fraud, Gallego's lies are also coming under scrutiny.

This is not meant to be an attack but show me where a normal person was prosecuted and convicted for lying about this on a mortgage application?
First you have to prove their burnt was to defraud instead of oh sorry I checked the box that this is my primary residence by accident. Good luck with that. Then you’d have to have someone take up and prosecute. We barely prosecute anyone anymore.
We recently got a loan for a car. My wife filled out the application and I remember her asking about the question about how we own our house. The car was for her so dealership rep was showing her the car while I signed everything. I noticed that she had checked that we owned our home outright with no mortgage. I notified the salesmen this was not accurate and his response was no problem they verified everything anyway. I was told to just go ahead and sign. If they check all this for a $35,000 car I’m sure they do for a mortgage.
Nothing will happen and I’m sure if we looked at all of trumps real estate dealings we’d find some paperwork errors or potential fraud claims.
AI says 38 people were convicted in 2024 federally and I’ll bet their actions were much worse and it was a pattern.

Well in the case of James, she defrauded the bank and broke VA law by signing a document that required her to move in and not rent out the property as a portfolio asset. Property to be part of an asset portfolio means business loan and loan terms are higher and NOT a govt loan either. She also stated residency in VA (fathers address) and not in NY where she resides (as required) as the sitting AG of the State. Now yes, for most normal folks you can probably get away with it flying under the radar as a normal citizen. The banks don't go and check. They let the trouble find them. I don't have access to legal search engines for law cases but I could contact someone if you need an answer. But her level of fraud from her position in law as head prosecutor for the State of NY, is the same as a police office driving 100mph to work daily, flashing a badge when pulled over. That in your fucking face type of action from those that take an oath is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. The case will be refiled. Or she flips. Trump loves leverage.
