Shouldn't she have shot the alleged perpetrator in the hand that he was using to assault the officer? Or, maybe shot him in the foot? Maybe a warning shot in the air would have sufficed and nobody would have been shot?
Hey...was the perpetrator even armed? If not, this is clearly a case of excessive force and probably murder. She should have simply called for the police to assist. After all, as you can see, there is never a good outcome from civilians owning firearms.
