80% lowers have been redefined, Lowers must have serial numbers and must be sold only by FFL
It's highly recommended. We all knew this was coming for months now. Just like everything else games were played going back and forth changing things on the fly and now we have the decision. Just like everything else recently, games will be played in the courts to defeat it. In the mean time the FrEe StAtEs are still becoming more and more 2A friendly by the day. Let's not forget NY's crushing taxes, rampant crime and mentally ill left wing majority. To name a few. So yes. Moving away is still a good call!BuT MoVe ToO a FrEe StAtE
Why not go 90%?So, 79% uppers are the new hotness, got it LOL.
To be honest, I think the next iteration would be disposable investment casting molds. Why not go 90%?
Exactly. They don't/can't make law. Only Congress can. Now there is Supreme Court precedent that reaffirms that with the EPA case. So the more ATF does this, the more attention it brings to them and that fact.ATF Changed something? Since when can they change anything?

Can't possibly be considered a firearm, Can't even be converted onto a firearm. It's a brittle ceramic.
But it's sold with an aluminum ingot you can melt on a camping stove and pour in the top and then break off the mold and voila, a functional lower LOL.
Worst case you have to clean up some holes and threads with a drill and a tap, also included.
Then there's the even lower tech version.
A silicone mold you just mix and port some epoxy into.
I don't think it will ever stop until we make politicians and bureaucratsfiscallycriminally liable for the unconstitutional edicts, regulations, and laws, they have a hand in relentlessly torturing the citizens with.
Fiscally hurts more than jail. Take all their money and leave them in the bread lines.Fixed that for you.
It's coming everywhere, sure.Just move to a free state. As well all know once you run away to a free state no gun laws will then apply to you. In a free state you can have new production machine guns, unregistered and untaxed suppressors, short barrel rifles and shotguns, and import all the Russian and Chinese made guns you want without any problem.
Thats. Fucking. Cool.Zero Percent – Ghost Gunner

I'd love to buy the full kit with the CNC machine, unfortunately it's not in the budget at the moment. At first I was like "Hell yeah I'll buy a CNC for $500" but I see that's the deposit on a machine yet to be built with a total price of $2,500 plus all the other tools and kits.
Apparently the frames at delta team are 76% lol.Zero Percent – Ghost Gunner

Don't know what this has to do with anything. I revived this thread with a post that is fantastically dichotomous to what you're spewing here. Something that will STILL be illegal in NY well after it's overturned in federal court. Enjoy you're stay but don't poo poo on people that can see the forest for the trees.Just move to a free state. Satire and sarcasm. I’m mocking the people who only ever give the answer “just move to a free state” as the magical solution to every problem, as if somehow there are no gun laws of any sorts in any free state.I took that post as satire.

Exactly right. ATF can't change shit. They are nothing more than a McDonalds saying we made a change on 80% Lowers.Hahahaha... Shhhhhhhhhhhhh! You are educating the opponent! lol
Yeah, soon Files, Taps, ANY milling bits and more will be controlled and regulated.
Since the new REGIME empowered acronym agencies to bypass the Constitution and the Three Branches of Gov't, basically eliminating the other two!
And for the Free State mentality, I don't think it buys 2 years... There's 25 States now recognizing Constitutional Freedoms as it was intended, SHALL NOT BE INGRINGED, Constitutional Carry! I don't see those States then regulating long guns. Just my take.
So save those Aluminum Cans, don't get that deposit back, soon they might be necessary for Boolits too... lol And save all you casings too, stock up and horde powder.
