If you sell one gun on GB..even sent from FFL to FFL...........you are in the business.

I will sell thru FFL's on consignment, fucking the system for a time..until ownership of guns is declared illegal...............FFL's buy guns all the time for cash, from walk-ins too. No 1099.

The ATF action was based upon a law passed by Congress, to tighten up guns sales...............but it is an unconstitutional act, the way it has been proposed to be implemented....................

I will not comment on an unconstitutional act.
Like the frame and receiver mess...............Courts will act this coming year to shitcan it.

I have heard that NYS will try to enforce the 10 "firearm" limit by saying all guns are firearms. ATF will say that more than 5 guns means you are gun dealer in secret.
