This is entirely ridiculous. I’d have liked to have been there to see how this unfolded. I wonder how many guns were inspected to find the one that they could break free or was this every gun in their possession? How much force was used to break this muzzle device free? Was the barrel damaged? Was it one bad tack weld out of hundreds or thousands of guns? Context here matters greatly. Given this women’s history she’s clearly a bad actor and pushing her agenda.
I agree with what others will say and this shouldn’t even be a factor as all these guns and features should be legal. I was working within the confines of the law above as one has to do in this situation.

There are a lot of videos of police disarming, unloading and running the serial of law abiding citizens doing lawful things.
Most are at protests or 2nd amendment audit bullshit, but it's happening a lot.
There are groups of people in Florida who go fishing while open carrying, a 100% legal activity. Every time the cops show up they disarm, inspect and run the numbers.....for "officer safety". It makes guns extra safe to run the serial numbers.
You're kidding yourself if you think you protesting a search is going to stop the search. And in NYS, most courts will agree with "officer safety". That's the new "I smell weed in the car" cops pull to do an otherwise illegal search.
For every law, cops work hard to find work around.
If you jaywalk you can be disarmed, your gun inspected and number run, for "officer safety".

I'm just one of a hundred cars on a roadway spot checked and asked to step out, get a pat down... Sorry, but no, that doesn't work for further scrutiny by an officer.
