The "Drug use" question has been on the 4473 since its inception, same as renouncing your citizenship, and dishonorable discharge; keeping in mind these questions were posed in the late 1960's when such things were prominent topics (see "Hippies" and Vietnam War Protesters) and in MY Opinion, the Drug use/addiction questions are the definition of arbitrary and capricious. (please Do look up these two words).

In my experience, only a court ordered finding of mental disability, due to drug abuse/addiction is legally the only method of determining drug addiction, and such may be time limited.
Hunter is a DRUG USER.............. a RECREATIONAL drug abuser.

Biden won’t pardon him because it’s not needed, at least not for now. Biden may pardon him at a later date though.
He will pay a fine and get a few months house arrest with probation. Remember tax trial is coming up too
